Job Description
IMMEDIATE OPENING Busy Interior Renovation Company seeks full-time Scheduler/ Customer Service Rep with strong communication skills, demonstrated self-motivation, and is proactive and detail-oriented. This position will perform work order entry, reception and secretarial duties. Position is full-time and requires a flexible schedule and ability to work Saturdays as needed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answers telephone/ email and responds to inquiry
Schedules and enters orders for various services
Verifies orders are accurate, requesting PO's from customers when needed
Interfaces between customers and department supervisors to resolve issues
Resolve customer disputes
Outstanding customer service
Able to build great rapport from customers
QUALIFICATION:
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong customer service ethic
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, SAGE a plus)
Experience with accounting software a plus
Bilingual a plus
Professional in appearance and a strong team player
Positive attitude and be willing to perform administrative assignments
Job Type: Full-time w/ possible Overtime
