Job Description

The Successful Applicant
You are a seasoned PM with deep experience in high-end tenant improvement and commercial interiors. You're entrepreneurial, adaptable, and eager to take ownership in a new market. You have a solid network in NYC, and you're comfortable building processes while delivering high-quality work. Above all, you value team culture and are known for being both a leader and a collaborator. 10+ years of experience in commercial interiors project management
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
Local NYC market knowledge and relationships preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
