Construction Senior Project Manager

Arlington-Mansfield Based Design Build Commercial General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a minimum 10 experiance in Commercial/ Industrial construction projects ranging from $2 - $25 million.
Senior Project Managers are responsible for projects from Planning to completion, running multiple projects, conducting project meetings, Developing & maintaining schedules, assisting project managers and superintendents with implementing plans and specifications.
Requirements include:
Minimum 10 years experience as a commercial / industrial project manager building ground up and major remodel projects.
Commercial experience is a must
Able to prepare full construction schedules using Microsoft Project, three week look ahead schedules and be able to use a laptop computer to prepare reports and email.
Must be able to coordinate subcontractors to see that they complete the construction scope of work by the designated time frames.
Must be able to effectively read construction drawings to ensure building trades are construction the scope correctly
Able to track, monitor and prepare cost reports for each project
Must be able to work closely with on site project superintendent and owners representative to manage the relationship.
Assist other project managers with all tasks listed above
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
