You want to take ownership of building and maintaining complex project schedules that drive successful outcomes on high-stakes transportation and infrastructure work. You’ll be working on $100M+ projects where your ability to manage time risk, identify delays early, and keep everyone aligned will make you a key contributor from preconstruction through completion.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
Senior level scheduling experience on transportation, and infrastructure projects that also have a civil component
Proven experience with Primavera P6 and schedule development from scratch
Familiarity with public agency reporting requirements (DOT, transit, etc.)
Ability to run look-ahead meetings and interface with field, estimating, and executive teams
Proactive mindset with a clear understanding of how schedule drives cost and progress
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Developing and maintaining detailed baseline and updated CPM schedules using Primavera P6
Working closely with field operations and the cost control manager to align time and cost forecasts
Producing narratives, time impact analyses, and recovery schedules
Supporting monthly owner reports and internal executive dashboards
Participating in schedule risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Driving adherence to contract milestones and construction sequencing
Coordinating with subcontractors to validate durations and update activity progress

COMPENSATION
$135K–$165K base salary depending on experience, with performance-based bonuses, full benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Relocation assistance available.
