The Construction Site Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient site operations. This role coordinates documentation, manages records, assists with compliance, and serves as a key communication link between the site team, subcontractors, vendors, and office staff.
Responsibilities
Maintain and organize all site-related documentation, including permits, safety records, daily reports, and material deliveries.
Assist with timesheet tracking, payroll submissions, and labor reporting.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, site inspections, and deliveries.
Track and submit purchase orders, invoices, and expense reports.
Support site safety compliance by logging safety meetings, training, and incident reports.
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors regarding project updates, changes, and scheduling.
Help onboard new site employees and maintain updated employee contact and certification records.
Serve as a liaison between field staff and corporate office for administrative needs.
Maintain inventory of site office supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Assist with project closeout documentation and filing
