Responsibilities:

* Perform daily job site and public safety inspections to identify workplace hazards; implement preventive measures to eliminate accidents. * Conduct weekly safety meetings and "toolbox" meetings to train employees in the correct use of personal contractor and employee compliance with all applicable OSHA policies and regulations. * Wrote and maintained daily safety reports and logs. * Investigate and report accidents. * Maintain equipment certification records and inspection records.

Specific Qualifications:

* 62 Hour Supervisory SST Card (Site Safety Training Card) * Construction Site Fire Safety Managers License

Qualified Person for Site Safety (QPSS) - minimum requirements:

* Supervisory SST Card * 40 Hour Site Safety * 32 Supported Scaffold * 32 Suspended Scaffold
