Construction Superintendent - Multi Family Renovation Jackson, MS
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee multi-family renovation projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating trades, maintaining project timelines and budgets, and ensuring the highest quality and safety standards across every phase of construction.
You'll work as part of a dedicated team that focuses on transforming underperforming multi-family properties into thriving communities. This is a full-time, year-round position ideal for someone who is growth-oriented and thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of multi-family construction projects, from pre-construction planning to final walkthroughs.
Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and building codes.
Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, equipment, materials, and inspections.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
Collaborate with municipalities, inspectors, and other stakeholders as needed.
Maintain detailed daily reports and communication logs.
Identify and resolve job site challenges with a solution-driven mindset.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Superintendent, particularly in multi-family renovation or construction.
Comprehensive understanding of construction processes, safety compliance, and local building codes.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining project quality and deadlines.
OSHA certification and a valid driver's license required.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in a range of weather conditions.
Familiarity with construction management tools and smart devices preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $80,000 $115,000, based on experience
Health, dental, and vision insurance after introductory period
401(k) with 100% company match up to 4%
Holiday and vacation pay eligibility after 60 days
