Construction Site Superintendent

Specialty in commercial construction with a background in general contracting.
Looking for a leader on site who has a positive attitude and enjoys building challenging projects.
Experience with carpentry and skilled trades a huge plus!
Oversee subcontractors and manage construction schedule.
Understanding on how to sequence a commercial construction project from beginning to end.
Ability to interpret construction drawings for site quality control and accurate building systems.
Knowledge in CSI Master format - construction divisions.
Coordinate daily activities and work on site for interior remodels, tenant fit outs, and new construction.
Assist on site with daily client needs - (examples: shut down requests, access requests, facility emergency requests, etc.)
Safety management  - OSHA30, lead and asbestos awareness training and any safety certificates are a plus.
Experience with building in senior living, medical, and apartments are very valuable.
Qualities needed: direct and effective at communication, assertive with contractors, and charismatic to help create an enjoyable work environment.
