Requirements: .Valid NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) Supervisor License (Site Safety Supervisor or similar). Minimum 5+ years, 8+ preferred of on-site supervision experience in construction. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, DOB codes, and NYC-specific construction standards. Ability to read and interpret all blueprints and technical documents. Why join us?
