Gregory Construction, a Christian-principled, award-winning contractor, is seeking an experienced Construction Site Surveyor to support our heavy civil and mission-critical projects. This role is ideal for a skilled survey professional who thrives in the field and enjoys collaborating with project teams to ensure precise and efficient site layouts.

• Perform high-accuracy layout, as-built, and topographic surveys.

• Operate Trimble S7 Total Station, TSC7 Controller, and Topcon GPS equipment with Pocket 3D.

• Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and documentation.

• Collaborate with field crews, engineers, and supervisors to maintain survey accuracy.

• Travel regularly between job sites as required.

• 3+ years of construction field surveying experience.

• Proficiency with Trimble and Topcon surveying equipment.

• Strong understanding of construction phases and site processes.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting and point management.

• Familiarity with GPS Machine Control systems (Komatsu/TOPCON).

• OSHA 30 Certification and Autodesk Construction Cloud knowledge.
