Construction Solicitor, Belfast You will be a qualified Solicitor with an experience level of 1-5 years (although my client can be flexible) with experience gained mainly in a busy Construction Law team.
You will be familiar with all aspects of construction law and have experience advising on and managing a range of dispute avoidance and dispute resolution matters. This role will involve a high level of client contact; therefore, you should be able to offer experience dealing with insurers, developers, contractors, and other typical contacts in this sector.
Ideally, although not essential, you will be qualified in England & Wales and be a confident communicator capable of interacting with internal colleagues from various teams such as planning, real estate, and corporate.
