Overview
In office staff support for nationwide CONSTRUCTION RENOVATION company. Duties include assisting the Site Supervisor Manager in overseeing, scheduling, and optimizing a remote team's performance, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and engagement. This includes tasks like forecasting workload, scheduling, real-time monitoring, and using data analysis to align staffing with business needs. Cross train with other departments within the company to ensure near seamless coverage. Familiarity with construction hiring/personnel preferred.
Recruitment and Onboarding
Posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, coordinating travel, and assisting with new employee orientation, paperwork, and training.
Forecasting and Scheduling
Predict future workload and create optimal schedules to meet demands while minimizing costs and ensuring adequate nationwide staffing. Analyze performance data to identify trends, predict future needs, and make data-driven decisions.
Employee Records and Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, including personnel information, past construction project information, and performance evaluations. Track employee performance and adherence to schedules, making adjustments as needed to maintain service levels.
Employee Communication
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits. Facilitate communication among remote team members and with other departments. Foster a positive and productive work environment for remote employees, addressing their needs and concerns.
Payroll and Benefits Administration
Assist with payroll processing, including tracking time off, managing benefits enrollment, and resolving payroll-related inquiries.
Compliance
Ensure remote employees adhere to legal and company policies, safety certifications, and assist with audits and reporting. Including company credit card usage, accurate job costing, and backup.
