Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and healthcare standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
- Manage project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
- Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, providing updates on progress and addressing concerns.
- Ensure proper documentation of all project activities, including progress reports, safety meetings, and compliance records.
- Train and supervise on-site staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork.
