Your New Role We're searching for a Superintendent with Commercial Construction experience to lead a top-tier team in delivering high-quality, innovative projects. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Team Leadership: Train & guide the field team, building strong relationships with inspectors, subcontractors, and clients. ✅ Construction Methods: Implement innovative techniques while ensuring compliance with contracts & codes. ✅ Site Management: Keep site dimensions, controls, and utilities accurate while maintaining permits & inspections. ✅ Quality Control: Develop & oversee quality control plans, ensuring flawless execution. ✅ Safety First: Conduct orientations, review safety plans, and prioritize workplace safety. ✅ Project Scheduling: Create & manage project timelines, mitigating potential delays. ✅ Procurement: Oversee subcontractor selection & ensure completescope coverage. ✅ Problem-Solving: Identify potential challenges early & implement proactive solutions.
