I'm seeking a motivated Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of ground-up construction projects across the commercial and private education sectors . As the Superintendent, you will be the key field leader responsible for managing daily operations on the job site, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating subcontractors, and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of ground-up construction projects from site prep to final punch list Manage day-to-day field operations, including scheduling, inspections, and subcontractor coordination Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and change orders Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Owners to ensure alignment on project goals Lead and mentor field staff and subcontractors to foster a productive and respectful jobsite culture Proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact schedule, cost, or quality Conduct regular site meetings and safety briefings

Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects Proven experience in commercial and/or private school construction is highly preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills OSHA 30 certification preferred Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
