The Projects: The company has completed complex builds across the U.S. and is now focused on a number of significant projects across the Miami area. Their portfolio includes commercial buildings, sports facilities, infrastructure works, and mixed-use developments - many of which have gained national attention. They are seeking a Superintendent to take on their current 8-story Luxury Condominium project. The Role Our client is seeking a Superintendent to join their field team for this Miami based project. This role will involve leading on-site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring successful delivery of said project.
