I'm seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of ultra-luxury custom homes. This role requires a master builder with a deep understanding of high-end construction, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex, large-scale custom homes projects.

Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities for custom homes valued from $30 Million to $130 Million Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and trades to ensure quality and schedule adherence Maintain rigorous quality control and ensure all work meets or exceeds architectural and design specifications Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, and clients Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction Manage site logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation with precision

Qualifications Minimum 15 years of experience in high-end custom homes construction, with at least 10 years as a superintendent on projects over $30M. Proven track record managing complex, architecturally significant custom homes Deep knowledge of luxury materials, finishes, and construction techniques Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans with precision Tech-savvy with experience using construction management software Strong references from past clients, architects, and trades
