Requirements: Proven success managing luxury custom home builds 6–10 years in a superintendent or construction management role Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring schedule and budget compliance Lead and coordinate subcontractors, crews, and enforce safety protocols Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and stakeholders Resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively

Compensation & Benefits: Base salary: $135K–$155K (DOE) Bonus potential: $15K–$50K Opportunity to build one-of-a-kind homes up to $30M Supportive, team-oriented culture with room for growth
