Job Description
- Lead daily field operations for a ground-up data center build
- Coordinate subcontractors, enforce schedules, and ensure quality standards
- Maintain a strong commitment to site safety, compliance, and project timelines
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and trades
- Oversee logistics, inspections, and reporting on progress to executive stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, including large-scale commercial or data center projects
- Previous experience with a general contractor
- Proven ability to lead field operations on complex, high-value projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with travel and long-term assignments
- Committed to safety, schedule, and quality on-site
- Must be open to national travel
