Job Description
The Superintendent will: Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and other construction professionals. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Manage construction schedules and project progress. Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process. Conduct regular site inspections. The Successful Applicant
The Successful Superintendent 5+ years experience as an Construction Superintendent Healthcare, Education, Commercial, Multifamily project experience preferred Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented What's on Offer
