About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with a strong background in high-end residential interiors , new construction, and rehabilitations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record overseeing luxury residential renovations, custom home builds, and sophisticated interior fit-outs-delivering exceptional quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail on every project. Key Responsibilities: Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Manage daily operations and coordination of subcontractors, trades, and vendors in accordance with project documents and specifications.

Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and NYC building codes.

Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation, including daily reports, site logs, and schedule updates.

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and clients to execute complex design visions, including luxury finishes, custom millwork, and specialty installations.

Conduct detailed quality control inspections, ensuring excellence in every aspect of construction-from structural elements to fine interior detailing.

Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize delays and keep projects on track.

Serve as a primary on-site liaison for clients, delivering a polished, white-glove experience throughout the construction process.

Qualifications & Experience:

7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on luxury residential construction and interiors .

Extensive knowledge of high-end finishes, architectural detailing, and custom millwork installations.

Experience managing concrete superstructures, foundations, and major residential renovations.

Strong leadership and team management abilities; skilled in coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.

Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and logistics in NYC.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working closely with high-end clients and design professionals.

Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) preferred.

OSHA 30 Certification strongly preferred.
