Who We’re Looking For
Covenant Development Group is hiring a field-proven Superintendent to lead daily site execution at our live-guest resort renovation across the East Village and River Island sections of the iconic Holiday Inn Club Vacations property .
We are hiring with this position being a FULL TIME role in mind, thus there will be future projects you will be assigned assuming exceptional performance.
This is a boots-on-ground leadership role: you’ll be the logistical quarterback and field general—coordinating subcontractors, receiving deliveries, operating site equipment, and maintaining pace and safety in a guest-occupied environment.
We’re seeking a hospitality-experienced operator who thrives in active, high-stakes renovation cycles and can move materials and teams while keeping the site clean, safe, and fully operational.
You will be eligible for our PTO and benefits package once you have completed your first 90day probationary period.
What You’ll Own
Delivery + Logistics : Receive and stage materials at an off-site warehouse; load and transport via 12K reach forklift or box truck to buildings and connex units.
Field Leadership : Run daily huddles, enforce production goals, and coordinate sequencing with trades, PM, and resort staff.
Site Operations : Operate lifts/booms safely; supervise site cleanliness and guest-friendly work zones.
Subcontractor Oversight : Ensure trades stay aligned with scope, quality standards, and site expectations.
Reporting + Documentation : Maintain daily logs, safety updates, and milestone tracking in RedTeam and MS Project.
Client + Guest Interaction : Communicate professionally with resort operations, inspectors, and hotel staff.
Team Structure
You will report directly to a Project Manager on-site full-time from our Florida HQ , ensuring seamless field-office coordination and rapid decision-making. You’ll also work closely with our warehouse and Shipplier Delivery Team to execute inbound and outbound material flow.
Requirements
5+ years in a Superintendent or Foreman role on commercial or hospitality renovation projects.
Demonstrated success on live-site hotel remodels with guest occupancy (10+ room turnover/day ideal).
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate box trucks and reach forklifts.
Certified lift operator (boom/scissor/forklift).
OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 ).
Physically able to assist with moving furniture and equipment using site machinery or safe lifting practices.
Proficient in RedTeam, MS Project, and Excel.
Able to read architectural, MEP, and structural drawings fluently.
Bonus Points For
Spanish fluency
Prior experience with Holiday Inn Club Vacations or comparable resort brands
Background in material receiving or warehouse coordination
Experience supporting traveling PMs or working under dual-report field teams
