The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent should have: Proven experience managing K-12 construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams on-site. Proficiency in project management software and tools. A results-driven approach and attention to detail.
