Job Description
Responsibilities of a Construction Superintendent Are:
- Oversee daily field operations, schedules, and subcontractor performance
- Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and inspectors
- Maintain strict safety standards and enforce compliance with OSHA and company policies
- Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, specs, and building codes
- Manage site logistics, equipment deliveries, and materials handling
- Conduct daily site reports, progress updates, and punch lists
- Foster a collaborative jobsite environment with all trade partners

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications for a Construction Superintendent Are:
- 5+ years as a Superintendent, with emphasis on K-12, municipal, or healthcare construction
- Deep understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project)
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple subcontractors simultaneously
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
