Job Description

Responsibilities of a Construction Superintendent Are: Oversee daily field operations, schedules, and subcontractor performance Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and inspectors Maintain strict safety standards and enforce compliance with OSHA and company policies Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to plans, specs, and building codes Manage site logistics, equipment deliveries, and materials handling Conduct daily site reports, progress updates, and punch lists Foster a collaborative jobsite environment with all trade partners MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant

Qualifications for a Construction Superintendent Are: 5+ years as a Superintendent, with emphasis on K-12, municipal, or healthcare construction Deep understanding of construction drawings, building codes, and safety regulations Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project) OSHA 30 Certification Ability to manage fast-paced projects and multiple subcontractors simultaneously Excellent communication and team coordination skills What's on Offer
