Job Description

Oversee day-to-day operations on a Level 1 military base construction site. Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination to ensure timely delivery. Enforce strict safety standards and regulatory compliance. Liaise with military representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain clear communication and project alignment. Lead a diverse team to deliver high-quality construction work on schedule and within budget.

The Successful Applicant

Experienced Superintendent with a proven track record in large-scale military or government construction projects. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficient in enforcing safety protocols and maintaining compliance with military standards. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, demanding environment over an extended contract period.
