Job Details
As a Construction Superintendent, you will: Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation6 Manage on-site construction activities and ensure project milestones are met Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Monitor and control project costs and resources Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations Excellent leadership and communication skills Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites
