We are seeking a Construction Superintendent and Project Manager specializing in commercial projects, to join our family. As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

Allocate resources for assigned projects

Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials

Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings

Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

10+ years of construction superintendent experience

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or related field ()

Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations

Previous project management experience and project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project) ()

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
