Trillium Construction is hiring for a Construction Superintendent in Raleigh, NC to oversee the site development and ground-up construction of big-box retail stores. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a competitive salary and benefits! Duties: Managing the day-to-day field activities to ensure deadlines Maintain a daily log of job site activities, timesheets, e-mails on iPad etc. Managing and coordinating the work to ensure that it is constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner Establishing and maintaining all dimensional controls for the project Managing changes in project scope Managing the punch list to assure timely completion Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion. Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs. Compensation: Annual salary between $100k - $130k M/V/D insurance PTO Vehicle allowance Company iPad, cell phone, laptop Qualifications: Previous experience as a Superintendent on ground-up big-box builds, or tilt-wall construction required Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures, as well as advanced understanding of construction scheduling, and cost control Proficient in MS Office programs, and Procore OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
