Job Description

Supervise on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project turnover. Coordinate trades, vendors, and field teams to meet milestones and maintain quality. Oversee daily operations, ensure job site safety, and maintain compliance with local codes. Manage shopping center faade renovations and ground-up retail buildouts. Act as a reliable field leader, resolving issues and maintaining communication with project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

You are a polished, experienced construction superintendent with a deep understanding of retail interiors and exterior renovations. You have a history of steady employment, are confident managing subcontractors, and are proactive in resolving field challenges. Your professionalism, organization, and attention to detail will be highly valued in this role. 5+ years of superintendent experience in retail interiors, faades, and ground-up builds.
