The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for site management of all subcontractors, managing the schedule, and communicating with steak-holders. Client Details The client has been in business over 30 years and has a full pipeline of work for 2025/2026. We are adding a Superintendent due to growth. Apply for immediate consideration! Description The responsibilities of the Superintendent will be:
Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through punch list and closeout
Maintain and enforce site safety in accordance with OSHA standards and company protocols
Develop and manage daily work plans and project schedules
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and deliveries
Conduct and document daily jobsite meetings and progress reports
Collaborate with Project Manager on schedule updates, RFI coordination, and problem resolution
Ensure construction is in compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and quality expectations
Identify and address field issues proactively, minimizing delays or rework
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
Serve as the primary on-site representative of the company to clients, inspectors, and vendors
Profile The successful Superintendent will have the following skills 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Proven experience managing schedules, subcontractors, and safety programs
Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and practices
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
OSHA 30 certification required
Ground-up and/or occupied renovation experience strongly preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
