A respected General Contractor in San Antonio is hiring a Superintendent to manage the field execution of ground-up commercial projects. Take ownership of full-cycle field operations Join a well-established GC with a strong local reputation Work on high-impact projects with purpose Be part of a stable team with long-term opportunity What You’ll Be Doing: Running the day-to-day on active job sites Managing subcontractors, schedules, and job site logistics Ensuring safety compliance (OSHA 30) and job site cleanliness Coordinating closely with PMs, Owners, Architects, and Engineers Leading field meetings, inspections, and reporting Monitoring materials, deliveries, labor, and costs Mentoring field staff and encouraging crew performance What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction Strong background in K-12, healthcare, or institutional sectors OSHA 30 certification Steady work history — you’re not jumping job to job Confident communicator and skilled problem solver Able to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and schedules What’s in It for You: Competitive pay – up to $130K Full benefits package Clear path for advancement Strong pipeline of upcoming work
