Job Description
- Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues proactively to maintain project momentum.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular progress reports.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven Superintendent experience in ultra high-end residential construction and interior renovations.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
