We’re hiring a Construction Superintendent to oversee the field operations of wastewater treatment plant projects across Central Florida. Based in Lakeland , all projects are within an hour’s drive , and we prioritize work-life balance — you’ll be home every night. What You’ll Do: Lead daily site operations, crews, and subcontractors Coordinate materials, equipment, and inspections Enforce safety, quality, and schedule standards Communicate with project managers, engineers, and owners Track site progress and ensure compliance with plans/specs What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of field leadership in civil or utility construction Experience with wastewater or water treatment projects Strong understanding of concrete, piping, and mechanical systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Organized, safety-driven, and hands-on Why Join Us?
