*About the Role:* Manage site activities and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule, meet quality standards, and foster a culture of respect and teamwork.

*Key Responsibilities:* * Supervise subcontractor activities and daily work * Lead safety and quality control on site * Manage scheduling of materials and inspections * Maintain a professional, organized, and safe jobsite

*Ideal Candidate:* * 5+ years of construction superintendent experience * Expertise reading and executing construction plans * Strong communicator and team leader * Committed to safe and respectful project execution

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
