Construction Superintendent Trillium Construction is currently seeking a Contract Construction Superintendent to oversee a three-month project in Pensacola, FL. This role is responsible for the daily on-site management of construction activities, ensuring the project progresses on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. You will represent Trillium's client on-site and play a key role in the successful execution of the project. Key responsibilities include: Manage all day-to-day construction operations on-site. Supervise subcontractors, schedule work, and ensure adherence to the project timeline. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain accurate project documentation and logs. Communicate effectively with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams. Monitor quality control and resolve any issues or delays as they arise. Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Additional information: Contract role with a duration of approximately 3 months. Must be available to be on-site daily in Pensacola, FL. Competitive hourly pay based on experience, up to $40/hour. Proven ability to manage commercial or light industrial construction projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and site safety best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple subcontractor teams. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Current OSHA 30 certification preferred.
