Construction Superintendent Trillium Construction is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent for a 10-week contract assignment focused on a commercial shell build-out for a medical office. Our client is a full-service general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering new construction, remodels, and small-scale maintenance projects in the commercial sector. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily onsite operations for a medical office shell build-out project. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure timely and high-quality execution. Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant job site, enforcing safety protocols. Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and daily job site activities. Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance. Provide daily progress reports and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other stakeholders. Resolve on-site challenges quickly to keep the project on track. This is a great opportunity for a qualified Superintendent to lead a fast-paced medical office build-out and contribute to a quality healthcare-focused construction project. Pay rate is $40/hour. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically shell build-outs. Experience with medical office or healthcare facility construction is required. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and healthcare-specific requirements. Ability to interpret plans, manage multiple trades, and maintain schedules. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: OSHA 30 certification. Familiarity with ADA, infection control, and healthcare-specific code compliance. Experience managing short-term, high-detail interior build-outs.
