We are seeking an experienced and professional Lead Superintendent to oversee a ground-up construction project.

What We’re Looking For:

A lead superintendent with 5+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain schedules

Coordinate inspections and maintain compliance with building codes

Uphold high safety standards and enforce all site safety protocols

Responsibilities:

Lead all on-site operations and manage day-to-day construction activities

Coordinate closely with architects, subcontractors, and key stakeholders representatives

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes

Maintain detailed reports, schedules, and documentation

Act as the primary point of contact between the project team and the customer
