Position Overview The Construction Superintendent plays a critical leadership role in the execution of projects, overseeing daily onsite operations from inception to completion. This individual will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and deep experience managing commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of Commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution, to ensure timely and within-budget completion. Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain effective communication and workflow. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, taking proactive measures to address any issues. Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, excellence, and accountability. Collaborate with project management teams to resolve challenges and optimize project efficiency and outcomes. Qualifications: Proven track record as a Superintendent in Commercial construction projects. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with acute attention to detail. Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour. What is on offer? Competitive salary of $115,000–$135,000 , based on experience.
