Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale commercial construction projects . Looking for someone with design build and tilt-up wall project experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site leadership and oversight for large-scale commercial construction projects.
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project, P6 Primavera, or Power Project ASTA.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to maintain smooth daily operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and relationship management.
Implement and enforce Lean construction principles and Last Planner methods to improve workflow efficiency.
Monitor and enforce safety standards in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Identify, analyze, and resolve construction challenges and conflicts in a timely manner.
Work closely with project managers and leadership to align construction execution with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in construction supervision, with a strong background in design build and tilt-up wall project experience.
Experience with lean pull-planning would be a PLUS.
Quality control certification is a PLUS.
Strong ability to develop, maintain, and manage project schedules.
Experience in client management and stakeholder communication.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent understanding of construction methods, processes, and safety regulations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and a large project workforce.
Proficiency in construction technology and project management tools.
