Position Overview We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead the on-site execution of church construction projects from groundbreaking through final completion. This role is critical in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with excellence-while creating a positive experience for our clients, trade partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Manage day-to-day site operations, including scheduling, trade coordination, quality control, and safety compliance- Serve as the on-site representative for Goff Companies and the primary liaison between the field and project management- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and maintain detailed project logs and reports- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with design documents, specifications, and client expectations- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to proactively solve problems and keep the project on track- Foster a respectful, team-first environment aligned with Goff's ministry mindset and values- Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance on all job sites

Qualifications:- 10+ years of commercial construction experience; church or nonprofit facility construction preferred- Strong leadership and communication skills- Proven ability to manage schedules, crews, and subcontractors across multiple scopes of work- Familiarity with design-build delivery a plus- Proficiency with construction software and tools (, Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam)- Willingness to travel for projects.
