Liebo Builders is a luxury design build company specializing in high end residential remodels and new construction. We are looking for someone with extensive construction knowledge, someone who can communicate at the highest levels with clients, owner and team, someone who knows how to run day to day of the field.

The Superintendent is responsible for the supervision over all trades of construction from start to finish, assessing the current situation at any given moment an being able to analyze the situation and relay the information to the project coordinator in the office, assisting the general manager, project manager, and designer to complete each job on time, on budget and with a high level of quality. This position demands construction knowledge in both construction and remodeling field, the ability to work closely with the design team, our subcontractors, and manage the production daily. This position also demands that the applicant is comfortable utilizing technology such as cloud-based applications ( BuilderTrend, Google Drive, Drop Box) Pre-Requisites

* Minimum of five (5) years, full- time experience in managing residential construction and remodeling projects * extremely detail oriented * Proficient with project management software * Excellent communication skills * Working knowledge of residential construction methods, techniques, systems, and building codes

Position Responsibilities

* Production Planning * Responsible for quality control on site for different trades * Manage sub-contractors, vendors and laborers * manage 14 day schedule ensuring the job is on-time and on budget * Coordinate City inspections * Maintain and manage Buildertrend (construction management software) for the schedule, files, change orders, job daily logs * Weekly meetings with management team * Create change orders. * Very organized personality required * Construction knowledge is a must * Coordinate gathering information and streamlining cohesiveness between the field, architects, engineers, designers, and contractor * On going evaluation of subcontractors * Executing plans and design according to drawings

Pay: From $95,000.00 per year
