All projects for this role are local to Madison, WI.

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all of the activities of a construction site according to project blueprints and schedule plans. Their duties include but will not be limited to coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites.

A qualified candidate will possess: 5+ years Construction Superintendent experience Experience building projects in relevant markets Experience leading cross-functional teams on-site Proficient with Procore OSHA 30 Hour Technically literate individual Motivated and team player
