Beam Team Construction, a leading commercial construction and renovation company is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Superintendent to travel throughout the Southeast supporting a growing program .
As a Construction Superintendent, you will have the opportunity to lead exciting and challenging construction projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are looking for a skilled superintendent with a passion for delivering high-quality results, while maintaining excellent client relationships.
In this role, you will work closely with our construction team, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality. This is an opportunity to hit the ground running and make an impact with one of our key customers.

Requirements:
Education may be waived in lieu of demonstration experience, which relates to the requirements of this position description.
Requirements:
5+ years performing Superintendent role in retail commercial construction.
Good track record working with project managers, management, and workforce.
Understand and implement blueprints.
Knowledge of state building codes.
Strong background with all construction disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to build excellent working relationships with subcontractors and clients.
Strong computer skills, including MS Office (especially Excel).
Ability to manage conflicts in a professional manner.
Located in the Metro Atlanta area
How You'll Stand Out:
OSHA 30 certified.
Safety and other certifications.
Certified in one or more trades.
Can provide a portfolio or pictures of projects you have ran as a superintendent.
