Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee two active construction projects in Pennsylvania.
Project Locations
Indiana Area School District, Indiana, PA
Conemaugh School, Johnstown, PA
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Constellation's on-site representative for both construction projects
Maintain project schedules and prevent delays during transition period
Supervise construction activities and ensure quality standards
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Provide daily progress reports and project updates
Manage on-site personnel and resolve construction issues
Required Qualifications
Large-scale construction supervision experience (minimum 5+ years preferred)
Previous experience as Construction Superintendent/Management or similar supervisory role
Strong leadership and project management skills
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
