Job Summary: The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining quality standards, and keeping the project on schedule and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day construction site operations from start to finish Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations Monitor project timelines, budget, and quality control Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to project management Resolve on-site issues and communicate effectively with all stakeholders Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a superintendent or similar role in construction Proven track record with residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety, scheduling, and budgeting Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management tools and construction software OSHA 30 certification (preferred) Why Join Us?
