Job Title: Construction Superintendent Location: Marion, IN Type: Full-Time, On-Site We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Superintendent to manage daily site operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role responsible for supervising site activity, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring strict adherence to project specifications. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities

Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and specifications

Enforce safety protocols and ensure a hazard-free work environment

Coordinate schedules and responsibilities of subcontractors and site crews

Monitor quality control and resolve any issues related to work standards

Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and inspection logs

Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders

Conduct regular site inspections and ensure adherence to blueprints and technical plans

Qualifications Proven experience in construction site management and enforcing safety regulations

Strong organizational and budgeting skills

Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents

Experience in furniture or cabinetry construction is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
