Trillium Construction is hiring for a Construction Superintendent that specializes in multi-family construction to oversee the ground-up construction of apartment buildings in Raleigh, NC!
This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity!
Duties: -Managing the day-to-day field activities to ensure deadlines -Maintain a daily log of job site activities, timesheets, e-mails on iPad etc. -Managing and coordinating the work to ensure that it is constructed in an orderly and deliberate manner -Establishing and maintaining all dimensional controls for the project -Managing changes in project scope -Managing the punch list to assure timely completion -Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion -Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion. -Manages and oversees company staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs
Compensation: -Annual salary between $110,000 - $140,000 -Gas card -M/V/D benefits -PTO -Holidays -iPad/laptop, phone

Qualifications: -Must have at least 8 years of multi-family construction -Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures, as well as advanced understanding of construction scheduling, and cost control -Proficient in MS Office programs, and Procore -OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 -Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
