Our client is a regional commercial contractor specializing in fast-turn retail and distribution buildouts across the Mid-Atlantic. With lean field teams, aggressive schedules, and project values from $500K to $20M, they maintain a steady pipeline that keeps superintendents busy year-round.

They're seeking a travel-ready Construction Superintendent to oversee field execution from mobilization to closeout across projects in VA, MD, PA, DE, NJ, and NY. This is a hands-on leadership position with clear ownership in the field and direct impact on project delivery based out of Curtis Bay Industrial, MD area.

Position Highlights:

Base: $100K-$130K DOE Perks: Car allowance, gas card, EZ Pass Benefits: Health, dental, vision, AD&D, STD, 401(k) + match, PTO, holidays (+ 2 bonus holiday weeks) Support: Experienced PM team, stable backlog Key Responsibilities: Lead all on-site activities for retail and distribution projects valued $500K-$20M Plan, sequence, and coordinate work with subcontractors and inspectors Maintain and drive the construction schedule from start to completion Enforce OSHA and company safety standards Serve as the primary field liaison for project managers, clients, and regulatory authorities Supervise and support a small internal crew (1-2 team members) Maintain accurate documentation: daily logs, punch lists, RFIs, closeout packages Qualifications: 2+ years as a Superintendent on commercial projects PMP certification and OSHA 30 certification required Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage multi-trade subcontractors and inspections on active sites Willingness to travel frequently across the Mid-Atlantic
