Job Overview 911 Restoration Inc. is hiring a results-driven Construction Superintendent to lead and manage on-site construction and reconstruction activities for residential and commercial restoration projects. Working in close coordination with our Construction Project Manager, you'll ensure projects are executed safely, on-time, within budget, and with exceptional quality-often under tight timelines following emergencies. Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage daily on-site construction and reconstruction activities for restoration projects.- Partner with the Construction Project Manager to align field operations with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.- Coordinate trades and subcontractors to ensure performance aligns with project scopes, specs, and safety expectations.- Conduct daily inspections, enforce safety protocols (OSHA compliance), and maintain a clean and organized site.- Interpret and execute from scopes of work, blueprints, and insurance documentation.- Maintain accurate daily job logs including labor, materials, incidents, and updates.- Provide regular communication and updates to clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.- Anticipate and solve field-based issues to prevent delays or budget overages.- Ensure all work meets local building codes and industry best practices.- Assist in project close-out including final inspections, punch list completion, and client sign-off.

Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years in construction or restoration, with 2+ years of supervisory experience.- Background in water/fire/mold reconstruction strongly preferred.- Familiarity with insurance restoration workflows and estimating tools (, Xactimate) is a plus.- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Capable of managing multiple job sites with competing priorities.- Proficient in reading blueprints, scopes, and managing field documentation.- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Schedule- Full-time, Monday to Friday- Flexibility for emergency response and weekend work as needed
